Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of spices
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch

Preparation
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
- Cut the chicken into strips. Mix with egg yolk, garlic, spices, salt, and starch.
- Beat the egg whites in a bowl. Pour the oil into the pan.
- Dip the chicken in the egg whites. Grill. Decorate with lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
