Delicious Recipe

It’s so delicious that I make it at least 3 times a week! Easy and delicious!

Ingredients and Preparation:

  • 800-900 grams of marinated meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Onion
  • Red pepper
  • Various herbs
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of flour
  • 20 grams of oil
  • Onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Potato
  • 1/2 pepper
  • 1 tomato
  • 300-400 grams of green beans
  • Tomato puree
  • Herbes de Provence

Preparation Method:

  1. Prepare the vegetables: cut the onion, carrot, potato, pepper, and tomato into small pieces.
  2. Mix the minced meat with the onion, oil, egg, spices, and herbs in a large bowl until everything is well mixed.
  3. Form the meat mixture into small balls.
  4. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs until golden brown.
  5. Add onion, carrot, potato, pepper, tomato, green beans, tomato puree, and pour in Herbes de Provence.
  6. Mix the herbs well and cook over low heat until thickened.

Additional Information:

  • You can use different types of meat, such as beef or chicken, according to your taste.
  • You can serve this dish with rice or fresh bread to complete your meal.
  • Leftover dough can be stored in the refrigerator for later use.
