Fluffy Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of flour
- 30 cl of milk
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 pinches of salt

Preparation:
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the yolks with the milk.
- Add the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt to the yolk mixture and stir until you get a smooth paste.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter.
- Heat and grease a frying pan with a little oil. Place 2 to 3 small ladles of batter in the pan, spacing them apart. Cook for a little less than 1 minute.
- Flip the pancakes and cook until golden brown. Place them on a plate and continue cooking until the batter is used up.
- Serve hot with maple syrup and pecans.
