Chocolate Chip Brownie Pie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, for serving (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
- Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs and vanilla extract together. Add this mixture to the batter and stir until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream, if desired.
