Quick and Easy Milk-Fruit Dessert Recipe
This delicious and healthy dessert is made using milk and fresh fruits, and it's ready in just 5 minutes! Perfect for a quick treat that’s both satisfying and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 Tangerines, peeled and sections separated
- 2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 Persimmon, peeled and sliced
- 1 Grapefruit, peeled and sections separated
- 1 Apple, cored and chopped
- 1 Banana, peeled and sliced
- 8 g agar-agar powder
- 50 ml water
- 350 ml milk
- 200 g condensed milk
Instructions
Prepare the Agar-Agar:
- In a small saucepan, combine the agar-agar powder with 50 ml of water.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar is fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Mix the Milk and Condensed Milk:
- In a separate larger saucepan, combine the milk and condensed milk.
- Heat gently, stirring occasionally until well combined, but do not let it boil.
Combine Agar-Agar with Milk Mixture:
- Once the milk mixture is warm, slowly add the dissolved agar-agar into the milk mixture, stirring continuously.
- Cook for another minute until everything is well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Assemble the Dessert:
- In a serving dish or individual cups, arrange the fruits (tangerines, kiwis, persimmons, grapefruit, apple, and banana) in a single layer.
Pour the Milk Mixture:
- Pour the warm milk mixture over the arranged fruits, ensuring the fruits are evenly covered.
Chill and Serve:
- Let the dessert cool at room temperature for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
