How To Make Classic Chicken Salad
Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- Chopped celery (amount as desired)
- 1 green onion, diced (or substitute with chives or red onions)
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Crushed pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh dill
Method
- Step One: Cook the chicken breasts to your liking. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes, then cut them into small pieces.
- Step Two: In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Step Three: Taste the mixture and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Step Four: Use the chicken salad as a sandwich filling or as a topping for a salad. Enjoy!
